Why are Europeans legalistic?

Humans need laws to live more easily, and there are various laws among human societies, some of them follow God’s laws, and some people follow laws that have human origins.  That is, humans made laws so that some people accept them by force or consent.  Social, cultural and governmental laws are different from each other, among these three laws.  Only governments impose laws on people.  Among governments, there are two types of law enforcement. One method of enforcing the law is physical punishment, and the other method is psychological punishment and fearing the consequences of breaking the law!

Europe and North Korea are two clear examples of applying the rules.  In North Korea, if you break the law, you will be whipped, and if you break the law in Europe, you must be ready to suffer mental punishment.  Which type of punishment do you think is more dangerous?  In my opinion, whipping is better than psychological punishment, because when your body is physically damaged, you will recover after a while, but if your soul and spirit are damaged, you will suffer from mental problems for many years.

I think the implementation of the law should be based on respect and satisfaction because when you make the laws, you should not expect that all people will accept your laws.  There are many laws in Sweden, but no one accepts these laws and they have imposed them on themselves, which means that if they do not implement that law, they will be fired and insulted, and if they break the law, they will have to wait for a long negetive reports. For example, to be employed in Sweden, you must be happy and positive.  Otherwise, you will be rejected during the interview.  I think all people want to be happy and positive, but this happiness should be in the heart.  We cannot open our mouths and put on a fake smile so that the employer will hire us.  This is an interpretation from my point of view of the law implementation conditions in Sweden.  To be more clear, in Sweden you have to be a liar to get hired, or in other places you have to lie to get a position.  Those stupid legislators have no understanding of human emotions and they don’t understand that humans have feelings and sometimes they are sad and sometimes they are happy and forcing them to be happy and pretending to be happy is one of the worst types of imposing the law.

This fake smile example is one small example among thousands of lies that exist in Sweden.  In Swedish society, no one respects their colleagues.  All their fear is that if they break the law, they will be fired, and this has caused them to insult their colleagues at the right time.  I don’t know if I am talking about the topic of this post or not, anyway, all my observations may have something to do with law and law enforcement.  The problem of us humans is that we have to accept whatever we are told, and this culture of being a slave and being silent has caused all the governments of the world to make every law and impose it on people in the worst way.  I hope you understand what I mean, that there are two types of governments, one is the government that uses force to enforce the law, and the other is the government that uses mental torture.  I remember that I boarded the bus at a bus station and it was winter and it was raining or snowing, I don’t remember exactly, but at that time I saw an old woman who could not walk properly and was about twenty meters away from the bus, but the driver did not pay attention to her.  The old woman did not hesitate and moved on.  Why ?  Because according to Swedish law, drivers must move according to the minute, otherwise they will be fired or receive a warning.  If the driver was waiting for an old woman to board the bus, he would have to wait for two minutes, and if the driver left, the old woman would have to wait for an hour for the next bus in that cold weather.  If the law was made for the convenience of people, why was this minute counting law not convenient for that old woman?

Another thing is that people should pay attention to the laws and think with themselves why this law exists and why should I implement it?  Like the artificial smile law, why should it exist and if I fake a smile, what is the benefit of this smile for the employer, and what is the harm to the employer if my face is sad, maybe they think that they will have more customers with a fake smile, but  The fact is that if the business owner is not greedy, he will have enough customers, even with the false smile of the employees or the upset of the employees.  Human greed is a separate issue that not everyone is able to understand, and they do not understand that if the employer is not greedy and does not want too much, the same sad worker can work like a worker with a fake smile, and it is the employer’s stupidity that by false smile they can success themselves company.

These are small issues, but they involve millions of people.  False teachings have caused problems in society.  A society of stupid people who only understand the word of the law and cannot interpret the law and do not understand the meaning of the law.
